Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

The Money Penny Show ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to maintaining a safe digital environment and does not tolerate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or any content or behavior that harms or endangers children.

This Child Safety Standards page applies to mobile applications, browser-based applications, websites, and services published by The Money Penny Show, including but not limited to Browsomega and future applications.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a strict zero tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Content, behavior, links, communication, or activity involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, harmful, or illegal manner is strictly prohibited.

Users must not use our apps or services to create, access, share, promote, request, distribute, store, or facilitate CSAM or any form of child exploitation.

Browsomega and Third-Party Websites

Browsomega is an independent browser-style application that provides access to publicly available third-party websites. We do not own, operate, control, host, moderate, or manage the third-party websites that users may open through the app.

Because some third-party websites may allow communication between users, including video chat, audio chat, or messaging features, users must follow all applicable laws and the safety rules, community guidelines, privacy policies, and terms of use of each third-party service they access.

If users encounter illegal, abusive, exploitative, or unsafe content on a third-party website, they should immediately stop using that service and report the content through the reporting tools provided by that website, where available.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited while using our apps or services:

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for using our apps and any third-party websites safely, legally, and responsibly.

Users must not share personal, sensitive, sexual, abusive, exploitative, or illegal content. Users must also avoid interacting with unknown persons in a way that may endanger themselves or others.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' device and internet usage. Browsomega and similar chat-browser applications are not intended for children under 18 years of age.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you believe that child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, or other child safety violations are connected to our app, please contact us immediately.

Child Safety Contact:
info.themoneypennyshow@gmail.com

When reporting a concern, please include as much detail as possible, such as the app name, date, website involved, description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or links where legally appropriate.

Action We May Take

When we become aware of child safety concerns connected to our apps, we may take appropriate action, including reviewing the report, removing or disabling access to problematic links where possible, updating app content, improving safety notices, contacting relevant services, and cooperating with appropriate legal or platform authorities when required.

We may also update our apps, website, policies, or safety standards to improve user protection.

External Reporting

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately.

You may also report child sexual abuse material or exploitation to appropriate child safety organizations or national reporting centers available in your country or region.

Users should also use the reporting and safety tools provided by the third-party website where the incident occurred.

Cooperation With Authorities

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, child safety organizations, app store platforms, and relevant third-party services when required or appropriate to address child safety concerns, suspected CSAM, or illegal activity.

Safety by Design

We aim to reduce safety risks by providing clear terms, privacy notices, child safety standards, and contact information. Browsomega also includes policy links and user-facing notices to help users understand that third-party websites operate under their own rules and safety systems.

We encourage users to read and follow the safety policies of every website they access through our apps.

Updates to These Standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our apps, legal requirements, platform policies, or safety practices.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
